2nd Anniversary Celebration: Pig Roast, Cornhole, Craft Beerd Pop-Up, and Industry Discounts

Join us for our 2nd Anniversary Industry Celebration Day featuring a pig roast, an amateur Cornhole Tournament, and a Craft Beerd pop-up store!

Everyone is welcome to participate - EXCEPT CORNHOLE PROFESSIONALS! And we'll even be treating our industry partners to special beer discounts. We'll also have Craft Beerd on-site from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.!

Industry & Amateur Cornhole Tournament:

$20/person, 2 Player Team Games to 21, Double Elimination. We will use established ACO Rules, which will be reviewed prior to play. The tournament will run until about 5:00 p.m. Please arrive no later than 12:00 p.m. to check in your Team.

The top 3 teams get paid 60%/30%/10% AFTER 20% donation to the Big Josh Foundation, an industry-specific charity that provides financial and counseling support to our terminally ill industry brothers and sisters. CORNHOLE TICKETS

Pig Roast by Caliano:

Starts serving around 1:00 p.m. and will go until food runs out - so get here early! No pre-purchase required. Adult plates ($15 each) include:

  • Choice of pork, chicken, veggies or a mix,
  • Housemade BBQ sauces,
  • Two (2) sides,
  • One (1) Second Chance Beer Company House Beer*
  • Fresh Bollio (Mexican dinner roll)
  • Children's plates are available for $8

*SCBC House Beers include: Luminous Blonde, Seize the IPA, Tabula Rasa Porter

  • Series² release - Our on-tap-only 2nd anniversary collaboration series with our friends who brew at Stone (Laura Ulrich), Karl Strauss (Paul Segura), Alesmith (Peter Zien), and Bagby (Jeff, himself). We've collaborated each of them to give one of their old recipes a second chance and have added our own unique touch.
  • Our anniversary All You Need Is Love Barrel-Aged Scotch Ale on tap and in-store only can release.

  • Second Chance Flea Market from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Sunday, September 3:

  • Beer Brunch - 4-course beer paired brunch custom created by 3 top San Diego chefs: Chef Chuy De La Torre, Chef Mike Arquines, and Chef Steven Lona.
  • Extended hours - 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
